BLOUNTVILLE — As 10-year-old Central Height Elementary student Kelsey Roller stretches, so do her mobility issues.

Kelsey is among at least eight Northeast Tn residents competing on a national webpage for one of four wheelchair accessible vehicles that will be given away in June.

The site, mobilityawarenessmonth. com, began showcasing "Local Hero" entries earlier this month. The islands can read stories of those living with movement issues and vote for candidates to assist you to win one of the wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Kelsey's parents, Travis and The reality star Roller, wrote on the website that Kelsey was a normal infant but developed a virus when she appeared to be to 2 years old and has become limited to a wheelchair, unable to walk, consult or feed herself.
